Ananda: Cacao Ceremony, Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork and Sound Healing
You’re warmly invited to “Ananda” - a journey through breath, movement, and sound.
Ananda is the sanskrit word for bliss. After a challenging few years marked by uncertainty, isolation, and fear, it’s time to emerge from our inner cocoons ready to embrace life and each other. This is a celebration for us to shed the energy of the past and reconnect to ourselves, our inner rhythm, and our community. We will also work with the medicine of ceremonial cacao to open our hearts and drop deeper into presence and connection.

"You are Sacred" is a soul-nourishing cacao and breathwork ceremony to deeply connect with your heart and the wisdom within you.
Ceremonial cacao, known as “the elixir of the Gods,” is a powerful and highly revered plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America. Cacao opens our heart - the gateway to our inner spirit.
Sharing this medicine together, we will create a space for deep healing, connection and prayer through music, meditation, partner work, and a guided breathwork journey.

During our time together, we will harness the energy of the full Worm Moon, which symbolizes the early stirrings of life after a long winter. Just like the earth, we too can call forth renewal, new beginnings, and new life. Using the power of the breath we will make space for and draw in what we long to birth and cultivate.
